Who we are

JB Realty is a licensed Arkansas real estate firm located at 204 S East Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Chad Spanberger, Principal Broker. This policy describes what information this website collects, how it is stored and used, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects from visitors is what you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you are interested in, and your message. We do not require an account, and browsing the site does not require you to provide any personal information.

The public site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. JB Realty agents who sign in to the private dashboard provide their email address and password and receive an authentication cookie used only to keep them signed in.

How your information is stored and used

Contact form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, our database provider. When you submit the form, an email copy of your inquiry is also delivered to JB Realty through Resend, our email delivery provider. Both providers process this information on our behalf solely to store and deliver it.

We use what you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and working with you on your real estate needs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services

Some listing pages include an embedded Google Map to show a property's location. The map is loaded from Google when you view the page, which shares your IP address, browser information, and the address of the page you are viewing with Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy. Links to outside websites, such as our sister company JB Group Properties, are likewise governed by those sites' own policies.

Requesting deletion

To ask us to delete the information you submitted, email Blake@jbrealtynwa.com from the address you used on the form, or write to us at the office address above. We will remove your submission from our database within thirty days, except where we are required to retain records to comply with real estate regulations or other legal obligations.
